2. Booking & Services

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking.
• Bookings must be made by persons aged 18 years or older.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices quoted are estimated and may vary based on distance, waiting time, and traffic conditions.
• All payments must be made at the time of booking or upon completion of the ride.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings cancelled at least 1 hour before scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must behave respectfully and responsibly during the journey.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle will incur a charge.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We strive to provide a safe and reliable service, but we are not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from unforeseen events, third-party actions, traffic, or weather conditions. Our liability is limited to the value of the fare paid for the specific booking.
